Nap time is a great time!! Especially after a long day. Weekend naps are da bomb if you can master the art of the ‘midday nap’. If you’re not a napping kind of person, this post is definitely not for you. For those of you who, like me, would advocate for ‘nap couches’ at work for example, than you need to read this post!
This basically gives you the info you need regarding the art of napping, how long you should nap and what that duartion may do to you body and brain.
